I have had the amazing opportunity to be trusted by many brands, big and small since I first began graphic design. Each client is handled with care and confidence, in order for their vision to come to life. Each client not only receives their files after a quick turnaround, but they also receive a custom comprehensive branding sheet and mood board.
Before the creative process even begins, I make sure to keep customers as abreast as possible, creating a tentative timeline with dates included. Take a look below, at some of the brands that have trusted me, and if you keep scrolling, you can contact me so we can chat about your project!
Envyus Dance Troupe, a coed dance team on the campus of Kentucky State University, recruited my services to create a custom logo for their organization. They wanted a piece that conveyed their message of fierceness and diversity. They have utilized their logo on items such as t-shirts and flyers in order to promote various performances, auditions, and appearances in the Frankfort, Kentucky and surrounding areas.
Janessa Graham of J. Graham Ministries recruited me to create her logo and overall aesthetic of her brand. I went with a lighter handwritten style to give her logo a handcrafted feel. The “t” in the word ministries is a cross strategically place and colored, to display the purple hue. In the Bible, Christians are described as a “royal priesthood”. I used a color that referenced that ideology. I am currently crafting business cards for J. Graham ministries.
I was tapped by the hairstyling brand, Hair by Des, created by Destiny Thomas. I skillfully completed her logo design, debut flyers as well as a packaging design for her upcoming Silk ‘n’ Shine product line. Her branding came with a complimentary mood board that displayed her love of Marilyn Monroe and the black and metallic gold of her logo.
I have created various event flyers for the Zeta Rho Chapter of Tau Beta Sigma National Honorary Band Sorority of Kentucky State University. All involving their signature, blue, white and a touch of gold color scheme, I constantly attempt to raise the bar during every project in order to entice students, staff and the like to attend. Currently, a logo for Zeta Rho is in the works.
Not Aspiring, a clothing and lifestyle brand dedicated to the advancement and nurturing of creatives and entrepreneurs of all kinds was in need of a quirky and witty logo, flyer and website design. They also needed their branding to give important information that does not get muddled in the quips. The bright yellow hues paired with the stark contrast of the black and white are excellent tools to grab attention of many eyes. The Not Aspiring brand is edgy, cool and a bit bold, which is displayed throughout the projects.
Makeup artist, Tyshawna New, was in need of a custom made logo. I worked extremely hard to convey her desires of a color scheme similar to rose gold, an eye illustration, cloud of eyeshadow/smoke in the background and rainbow pupils. Now, to some, this may have seemed like a feat too big, but I took my time to make sure Tyshawna received exactly what she wanted. She ended up purchasing primary, secondary and sub-logos that can be placed in various settings. I wanted to demonstrate the beauty and creativity of the art of makeup.
